Lakeview Heights
Lakeview Heights, a $9 million apartment complex, opened December, 2010. The 40-unit facility, located at 2022 Balsley Road, Seneca Falls provides housing for consumers of Lakeview Mental Health Services and for residents who meet low-income affordable housing guidelines.
26 furnished units are reserved for Lakeview consumers, while 14 unfurnished apartments are available for low-income eligible residents. The complex includes exercise and television lounges, laundry facilities, picnic area and walking trails. Daily bus service, via Seneca Transportation, is available to and from Lakeview Heights.
Funding for the project was provided by the Federal Low Income Tax Credits program, NYS Office of Mental Health, a grant from Infrastructure Development Demonstration Program and bank financing.
